We were delighted to be one of 91 organisations across the UK who were awarded The Platinum Jubilee Fund from National Lottery to fund 15 months of community engagement work in green spaces in the Wood End/Henley Green/Manor Farm/Bell Green areas of the city.
The award enabled Starfish to:
Run monthly The Greenhouse/Days of Doing events (between May 2022 to July 23) at Moat House Park to bring the local community together to connect and work together through creativity, culture and nature conservation to implement areas of change in the community.
Run Space to Grow sessions at Henley Mill Allotment for all community members with a focus on wellbeing, creativity and growth.
