Days of Doing

Supported by City of Culture Green Futures programme and The Platinum Jubilee Fund

We were delighted to meet so many wonderful community members to our FIRST Days of Doing on 9th April 2022 at Moat House Park!

Saturday 21st May 11am – 4pm

Wyken Slough Nature Reserve CV2 1PP

Days of Doing are daylong celebration events in visible and accessible green spaces in the heart of the Wood End/Bell Green/Henley Green community.

  • celebrating people power and contribution, and community diversity and commonality
  • supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of individuals and the community as a whole
  • enabling cross generational and cross cultural experiences for community cohesion
  • nourishing and nurturing the people and green spaces within the community

The purpose is to engage everyone in the local community in creativity, culture, nature conservation with an intentional impact on individual and community wellbeing, and the wellbeing of the green space environments existing in the community.

There will be activity zones set up in the park for everyone to engage with and all aspects of the event will be free to everyone attending.
