As part of our Jubilee Days of Doing celebration we were really pleased to host The Big Jubilee Lunch supported by Eden Project Communities where everyone in the community was invited to bring their lunch into the park there were free hot and cold drinks, blankets and chairs and a warm welcome!
As well as having lunch in the park there were lots of free activities for people to take part in and experience including –
- A Snail’s Pace relaxation zone with hammocks, board games and a mini woodland library
- The Growing Zone activities with seed planting
- Community Photo Gallery
- Community Wish Tree collect 70 wishes to hang on the Wish Tree
- Giant Pinwheel Meadow
- Community Bunting Project
- Fun on The Field games and activities
- All Things Wild nature activities
