FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do we meet? We will be in the middle of the park at the back of the Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre, Winston Avenue CV2 1EA and will have bunting, chairs, tables and signage so you can see where we are.

How long will each session be? Sessions last 2 hours but you don’t have to stay for the whole session if you need to leave.

How many people will be in a session? We have space for 15 tots per session.

What if the weather is wet? We have event shelters at the ready if the weather is wet so don’t let that stop you and your little one coming!

Are there any toilets/baby changing facilities? Unfortunately there is no toilet at Moat House Park but you can access the toilets at Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre and if you wish to change your tot in the park we have picnic blankets for you to do this on.

What do I need to do to prepare? Just bring yourself and your tot, wearing shoes that keep your feet dry, warm clothes including a coat. We will provide all of the resources and equipment you and your tot need for the sessions.

Is there somewhere I will be able to sit? We have chairs at the sessions and picnic blankets and bean bags to relax on.

I have/my tot has a disability/health condition/access needs which may prevent us from attending, is additional access support available?

Yes, we want to make sure you and your little one feel safe, comfortable and cared for when you come to the sessions. In order for us to achieve this care we need to know about your needs so we actively encourage you to let us know any health conditions/disabilities/access needs you and your tot have.

Please call/text/whatsapp Kerry on 07907 823125 and she can chat with you to explore any specific needs you and your tot may have in relation to the sessions (including spatial, sensory, social, physical and mental) so you can feel safe and your needs are understood.

I may feel nervous and would like someone I know to come with me is that ok? Yes if you would like someone you know to come with you to support you then they are welcome to come.

Can I bring my dog? Unfortunately, we can’t have any pets at the sessions for health & safety reasons. If you require the support of a trained assistance animal – please let us know.
